Transportation real-time fleet management. Emergency vehicles: Law enforcement, fire, and paramedic. Utilities: locating nearest available vehicle to respond to a service. Long-haul truckers. Delivery services: Courier, newspapers, and fast food where prompt customer service is critical.

Public transportation: buses, vans. Commercial sanitation. Towing and snowplows. Commercial carriers, TL and LTL. Military and logistics. Forestry, oil and gas exploration.
                    
The DualTrak+ systems includes all the features of TerraTrak+ with satellite communications added. It is low cost, simple to buy, install, and use. The DualTrak+ blends airtime service plans - land and satellite- to insure communications coverage and minimize air time cost.  Cloudberry's Cingular communications systems covers 93% of the urban population.  Long-haul trucks may travel in areas not covered by Cingular.  In these cases, 100% coverage can be achieved by adding a satellite communication link to land-based wireless communications.  Thus, the system has dual-mode AVL tracking plus 2-way messaging.  A satellite service plan is available.  It adds a satellite downlink antenna (shown below) in addition to the regular Cingular wireless RF antenna.
